For upgraded performance, drivers can choose the 5.7-liter V8 HEMI® MDS VVT engine that boasts 395 horsepower and 410 lb-ft of torque. For maximum towing power, the 1500 also has an available 3.0-liter EcoDiesel V6 engine that pumps out 240 horsepower and 420 lb-ft of torque.

While pickups are built for performance, that doesn’t mean they must sacrifice a comfortable interior. The 2019 Ram 1500 offers pleasing amenities inside the cabin, including premium cloth bucket seats, heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, and LED interior lighting. The Sport trim offers an audio system with six premium speakers, equipped with SiriusXM® Satellite Radio, Apple CarPlay™, Android Auto™, HD Radio®, and an 8.5-inch touchscreen display.

The fuel economy of the 2019 Ram 1500 depends on the consumer’s choice of engine.
