BOILER CONNECTION: On the old wiring junction from the boiler I have 5 wires coming. 2 wires, black and brown connected to line, blue is in neutral and green goes to earth and then there is a grey which is connected to the honeywell 2 zone valve orange wire.The system has a one zone Taco switching relay and five Taco zone valves. BTW, the thing works great. So on a call for heat I would assume that the zone valve opens and the secondary circulator starts up directly. But this doesn't seem to be the case.
